"Apologise" with an "s" is the British English spelling of the American English word "apologize" with a "z."  Also, the date showing on your watch -- 15/03/2021 -- is the way most of the world, except the U.S., designates the 15th of March, 2021. In the U.S. it would be 03/15/2021. So I guess your watch was made for a non-USA market.
