Has anyone updated from Watch 5 to 7?

If so, looking for any insight on the newer sensors. I use them all, sleep, o2, blood pressure, exercise, body scan, heart rate. 

Thoughts?

(Not asking about the pro varient is that matters, just the straight up 44mm)

I went from the 5 to the 7 great watch great battery life! Highly recommend! You might still find it on sale for the black Friday cyber monday deals!

Notice any difference on the sensors? Better sleep tracking? Blood pressure? O2 levels? Or is everything reporting as you saw it on watch5?

I do find it better! Better battery life as well!
