WearablesI am sincerely getting pissed off with Samsung Canada pre-orders processing. That's my 4 or 5th pre-order and all but one arrived relatively on-time.
I ordered a S22 Ultra minutes after it was available to pre-order online. I ended cancelling the order 6 weeks after it started shipping because I still hadn't received it and because it seemed that Samsung had absolutely no idea when I would receive it. Also, I had to threaten Samsung that I would ask for a chargeback on my credit card for them to cancel because at first they didn't want to.
My S24 Ultra was delivered on time, at least.
Now, I ordered a Galaxy Watch Ultra and a set of Buds Pro 3 on the 10th. It was supposed to start shipping on the 18th (the invoice actually said delivery on the 18th). My neighbor ordered the exact same watch on the 13th, 3 days after me, and he got it on the 20th. I'm still at "Order accepted". Tried reaching out to Samsung on the chat to know what was going on, they have zero freaking idea what is going on, all they say is that they had lots of order and that it should ship "soon".
Some people with the Buds Pro 3 in their order seems to have the same issue and it might be related to the fact that the Buds have quality issue and are being delayed. Some people managed to get Samsung to do a partial delivery. No luck for me, no one from Samsung has information or want to acknowledge anything. This lack of communication is literally ridiculous.
I'm seriously wondering what the hell is wrong with Samsung Canada. No communication, no idea when the product (already paid for I must say) will ship. And it seems to be like that like 4 out of 5 times.

WearablesSamsung has been really awful lately, my S24 Ultra took weeks to ship even though I ordered it pretty early, and people ordering after me getting it in a couple of days was pretty messed up.
They promised a $75 partial refund after I receive the phone but I didn't get it, had to contact support and they said I'd get it in 3 business days. Another two weeks and nothing, so I just sent an email to corporate or whatever and finally got the refund issued. Awesome having to fight for and wait a month for a $75 refund from a billion dollar company.
Same issue when ordering the G80SD monitor, which I ended up cancelling and getting from Best Buy instead.
Now on to the buds3 and watch ultra. Buds3 initially set to be delivered on July 18th, and I even contacted support to confirm they would be delivered since the whole quality control issue happened, and of course they assure me they would be delivered but nope, they weren't. Days later got an email about the delay with a new date of Aug 5th, which is today and yeah, no buds3.
Ordered the watch ultra on the 18th of July, and I still don't even have a delivery estimate. Of course their delivery dates are absolutely useless because they never make them.
Definitely a very unhappy customer with Samsung and am thinking I'll get out of the Samsung ecosystem when I am due for my next phone.

WearablesI ordered on the 10th as well. Included the whole Ultra, Buds Pro 3, extra bands and buds case. The order specified shipping on the 18th. Then, I got an email indicating the 8th of August it would ship. Hopefully it does, or I will end up cancelling I suppose

WearablesWell, we're August 9th. THE day that the only communication Samsung sent us said they would be starting shipping for those of us still awaiting our pre-order.
SURPRISE (not really)! I'm still at "Order preparation" (been there for almost a month now).
Yeah, it's still early in the day. But at that point I have zero confidence that it will ship today.
What is even more chafing is the fact that here in Canada (not in the US), you get billed and charged as soon as you put in your order. So I've paid for the product even if I still haven't received it and I have no idea when I will receive it.
Samsung Canada is a disgrace.
