Samsung Canada pre-order mess.... (almost) every freaking time

I am sincerely getting pissed off with Samsung Canada pre-orders processing. That's my 4 or 5th pre-order and all but one arrived relatively on-time.

I ordered a S22 Ultra minutes after it was available to pre-order online. I ended cancelling the order 6 weeks after it started shipping because I still hadn't received it and because it seemed that Samsung had absolutely no idea when I would receive it. Also, I had to threaten Samsung that I would ask for a chargeback on my credit card for them to cancel because at first they didn't want to.

My S24 Ultra was delivered on time, at least.

Now, I ordered a Galaxy Watch Ultra and a set of Buds Pro 3 on the 10th. It was supposed to start shipping on the 18th (the invoice actually said delivery on the 18th). My neighbor ordered the exact same watch on the 13th, 3 days after me, and he got it on the 20th. I'm still at "Order accepted".  Tried reaching out to Samsung on the chat to know what was going on, they have zero freaking idea what is going on, all they say is that they had lots of order and that it should ship "soon".

Some people with the Buds Pro 3 in their order seems to have the same issue and it might be related to the fact that the Buds have quality issue and are being delayed. Some people managed to get Samsung to do a partial delivery. No luck for me, no one from Samsung has information or want to acknowledge anything. This lack of communication is literally ridiculous.

I'm seriously wondering what the hell is wrong with Samsung Canada. No communication, no idea when the product (already paid for I must say) will ship. And it seems to be like that like 4 out of 5 times.

Same experience here. Support told me they would do a partial shipment but never did as far as I can tell. I went into a samsung store since I was near one anyways this weekend and they told me that partial shipments are not possible through their system, so any support saying that are just lying.

Partial shipments are definitely possible. Maybe not in stores but on Samsung Canada website, yes.

I've received many partial shipments and even now, still waiting on my free watchband while my other items have shipped.

Shi tyy shipping this year. I've bought online for years. Worse experience this year. Every other year accurate shipping. I spent over 3 grand in devices and you f' krs delay my shipping. I've bought every year for over a decade. About to say fu samsung

Well, don't know if it is pure coincidence or someone from Samsung is actually looking at these forums but I just got an email from Samsung Canada saying that my order should ship around the 9th of August. Way later than advertised but at least I now have an idea of when I should get it. 
Let's just hope that Samsung doesn't mess it up again.

Shocking to see that amazon canada is showing next day delivery for both watch ultra and buds 3.

I didn't order the buds, but have the same problem with the watch ultra. I pre ordered ot on the 10th, it said it would ship on the 18th but didn't. The chat person told me to wait 1-2 business day, I did, and then the next chat person assured me that my ship date was the 24th. It still didn't come. Today, July 29, I was informed that my new ship date is August 9th. 8m pretty sure it'll get pushed then too. What is the point of pre ordering if they can't have it ready for launch day? Totally frustrated and disappointed

Same but for the Galaxy Watch 7 44mm. I can't believe I fell for it again. Every preorder I order is the same story.

It is a third party I believe that distributes in Canada. They hide behind a samsung.com email address but I'm sure it's a third party.

I recently got an email with grammar errors telling me my July 18 date for my Galaxy watch 7 is now going to be August 9.
