My watch suddenly stop showing the stages of sleep....it use to show up in detail via a bar graph about each sleep mode...light sleep, deep sleep and no sleep...now it just says asleep for x amount of hours and couldn't get sleep records from phone....can anyone help? I've already done factory reset and everything is updated
so sorry, I found out why....I have the Samsung active 2 I had to go onto my Samsung health app on my phone itself and activate it there....should I delete my question?
