Recently purchased an S23 Ultra and it came with a bonus Watch 5,

Anyone know the rough time frame to receive these once they've been marked as shipped?

I haven't received any tracking numbers and no status change in 5 days, i know it does say it can take like 60 days.

You will receive an email with your tracking number after the sale Period has ended. Which is on the 30 of June.

So we don't get the watch till July? Why not state that when we complete the redemption not you'll get it in the next 2 and a half mons(60days)

I think I claimed my watch correctly but Samsung can't confirm this. No email confirmatiion, no tracking nothing, customer service can't tell me either! Does Samsung wait until the claim time is up to tell me I didn't order correctly?
