Recently purchased an S23 Ultra and it came with a bonus Watch 5,

Anyone know the rough time frame to receive these once they've been marked as shipped?

I haven't received any tracking numbers and no status change in 5 days, i know it does say it can take like 60 days.

Hello I recently purchased an S3 ultra and it has a bonus of watch 5. It says that it is still reviwed I just wanna ask when will it be processed and delivered or any updates thank you.

As per the redemption  guidelines : Free Gift(s) will be delivered to the Customer’s address within 45 working days from date of redemption submission by Customer.  If you would like to know any specific information, please contact onlinesupport@samsung.com .

Same here. I brought x2 for my kids. It's ridiculous! Almost 2 months. Received a message that they ran out of stock but they were upgrading to watch 6... but still no f watches. And keep finding it hard to contact anyone.. if it takes any longer the watch 7 will be out.

I agree and no one answer, when you call them they said to send an email to telco-promos@samsung.com but since the beginning they don't answer they send you an automated message and always the same.... that is really a shame ....

Just watch out that watch doesn't fail as trying to get a warranty repair is a nightmare
