Can someone let me know what the symbol on the bottom of the watch. (Downward arrow). What do I do with it?

As said by Mat_G_Gagnon On the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7, a downward arrow icon at the bottom of the watch screen typically indicates that there’s a pending download or a file being transferred to the watch. This can include software updates, app updates, or media files being sent from a connected device.

Check for Updates: Swipe down on the watch’s main screen and go to Settings > Software Update to see if there’s an update ready for installation.

Also, please restart your Watch. Restarting your Galaxy Watch can help remove any persistent icons if they are no longer relevant.
