WearablesHi, we can check continuous Blood oxygen during sleep only, during day need to manually check when required.
Open the Samsung Health app on your Galaxy Watch5, and go to Stress, then tap Measure.
Hold your finger on the sensor when it prompts you, and hold still to let the pulse oximeter work.
Unfortunately, there is no alarm feature to notify you about the low Blood oxygen levels.

WearablesHi! Why is there still no update on this feature? Many other brands and their cheaper alternatives do have continuous spo2 tracking. I just bought Galaxy Watch 5 and I have to say I am really disappointed. If I had known this feature is not included I would have bought some other model from another company.

WearablesHello, it is possible that they already include the continuous measurement of oxygen saturation, other brands already do it, I just bought the "WATCH 6 CLASSIC" and it really seems like a big delay in that functionality.
