lost pictures

hi!! anyone else has lost pictures from their gallery?? very disappointed any way of recuperation?? I have not deleted them and their not in the can

How does this happened, is this after a update ? If YES, make a wipe cache partition

Did you check the trash can in the Gallery ?

Also, did you make a back up somewhere sometimes ? Google Disk ? Samsung's backup ? One drive backup ?

So far been using many samsung phones, I have no lost pictures. Possible moved from SD card to internal storage or vice versa?

Can you chech if it appears in Trash?

Open Gallery→ 3 dots on top right → Trash

Also, can you find your lost pictures from My Files ?

If you have done backup from smartswitch, you may need to restore them from backup.

Been down this road 🤦
And although this may not help now, always backup your stuff in at least 2 places
Ie
-Computer using smartswitch or browsing my pc and finding the device like a USB device and copying the **** folder
-hard drives
-memory sticks
-Cloud
-another cloud

Don't let your stuff roll away like runaway tumbleweeds
Get on your horse and make sure you round your stuff up 🤙👍
Always have @ least 2 farms in the future for your photostock 🤣😭

just use Google photo unlimited storage...it will sync all your folder photos /video at one place....you can download any time...

Unlimited storage BUT not for the full size of your pictures...they reduce it

nah I never do back up ofcourse maybe I should I'm not to good with these things. but I'll try to organize my stuff here so i dont lose any other pics

it's so easy
go in settings/Accounts and backup
Choose Google or Samsung backup or both if you have a Google account
You can also make a backup on a good SD CARD
Save at 2 places to be sure , one on a cloud, one on SD CARD (at least buy a U3 card to be safe in all situations)
No more reasons to don't backup your device
