This is very worrisome news. Data gathered from S Pay and Customization Service has been sold to third parties according to their privacy policy. Unfortunately, the company did not see fit to implement the opt out option in all countries, just where it was constrained to do so, which seems like acting in bad faith.

I strongly recommend that you disable the Customization service, which honestly doesn't improve your user experience at all. And for S Pay, perhaps use it as less as possible. And in both cases, contact the company to demand better confidentiality of your privacy. This goes also for Samsung TVs, S Health and other services operated by the brand.
