I bought my phone here in Canada, but the bixby setting is set to Chinese as default and it is stuck there. I cannot change the language. Please help!!!

Did you try going to Settings > General Management > Languages & Delete Chinese if it's there, or any language other than English or French?

What is the model number of your device, ie: SM-xxxxx as shown in Settings > About Phone?

Did you purchase it from Amazon or something other than Samsung Canada or a Canadian Carrier?

Try this:. Go to Settings > Advanced Features > Bixby > Language settings in Bixby > Language & Voice > Select English and Save the settings..

See if that works for you.

The second screenshot is the language and voice setting. And this does not let me change the setting. :(1747103933211.jpg

Hi,

Sorry to hear this issue from you. Since the above steps don’t work, it might help to reset Bixby to its default settings:

Reset Bixby: In the Bixby settings, there may be an option to Reset Bixby Voice or Clear Data. Try that and then set it up again, ensuring you select the correct language.
