Did you purchase it from Amazon or something other than Samsung Canada or a Canadian Carrier?

BixbyTry this:. Go to Settings > Advanced Features > Bixby > Language settings in Bixby > Language & Voice > Select English and Save the settings..

Sorry to hear this issue from you. Since the above steps don’t work, it might help to reset Bixby to its default settings:
Reset Bixby: In the Bixby settings, there may be an option to Reset Bixby Voice or Clear Data. Try that and then set it up again, ensuring you select the correct language.
