Create your own wake-up phrase

Hi all, I know many of us not using Bixby and I saw some posts were asking how to disable or remove Bixby.

I personally use Bixby for local device command. Like turn off the screen. Enable or disable NFC. Turn on mobile hotspot...etc.

Recently, noticed that there is a Labs option under Bixby setup. I can create my own wake-up phrase. I called my phone Messiah now, and no need to say Bixby anymore. I think it is nice feature. If you like to use Bixby, try it out. 👍🏼

I use Bixby a lot but I did not see this 'Labs' button on my devices

I am not sure why you don't have it. Have you check the updates from Galaxt Store? Is your device is S23 and above? According to the description, some devices may not support the feature. But did not tell which devices.

I checked my S23 Ultra and Flip 6 and did not find the Labs option on either. I also checked "About Bixby," and it seems it is already the latest version. Maybe it is exclusive to the S24 series right now?

I tried on my S24 and yes, it has the Labs option added! Bixby now can do conversations! Omg, that's so useful.

Seems like not support S23 and Flip6 yet.

Yeah. No luck with the Flip 6 and S23! The Bixby interface has changed as well. I like the change so far. Thank you for sharing, man.

They even disabled the "quick commend" function for the new Bixby. They really tend to downgrade their services these days.
