I want to warn everyone here in Samsung Members community about a disturbing and inappropriate person now following my Samsung Members profile page. And, also I want to know where in the Samsung Members community app I can report and block followers/users that I feel are inappropriate or suspicious or violate Community Guidelines 🤔?? I have a screenshot of the inappropriate person/user (I am assuming this person is a male). Although, he hasn't made any inappropriate comments or DMs but his handle name is sexually suggestive. I am very concerned about the safety of myself and other users in the Samsung Members community.

Hopefully tomorrow, a Samsung Moderator will see your post and simply ban the individual!

Again this morning, there were a number of posts by a new member, with links to explicit videos 😡

I reported this, but will have to wait until tomorrow for any action to take place..

If Moderators are not available 24/7, Samsung needs to prevent new people from posting links or images until they have been reviewed!

This has been an ongoing issue, but still needs work!

Yeah, something has to be done about things like this. I should be able to block and report within the app. All the other apps I use have the feature to block and report users that violate a community's guidelines. So, why not Samsung Members 🤔?? I mean, Samsung Members should really have this feature or option available to users who want to ensure their safety and/or privacy concerns are met. It is not enough to have just Moderators.

Exactly.. it's not as if Samsung was in the Technology industry or knew anything about apps, the internet, or security.. oh wait..

It's been suggested several times that some senior members be given the ability to "sandbox" offending posts and members, until a Samsung Moderator can review the issue..

And yes, You should be able to block people from following you, right within the app or website..

They know how to do it, they just aren't sufficiently motivated to do so.. 🙄

What were the results of your reporting? Were they resolved to your satisfaction 🤔? I would really like to know. Thanks 😊

The Moderators will review them Tuesday. Most likely the user will have their posts reviewed.

This user hasn't posted anything offensive or otherwise yet so he must be new. And, apparently, my account is the only one this creature is following. So, all I can do is wait for a response and share this here in a post.

Depends on where they are located, tomorrow is a regional holiday.. and if they are even located in Canada.. I remember a couple of years ago, they would not say where they are, for "security reasons"?? W*F? 😂
