Hello guys I have a problem with my back camera (s21+)
When I turn on my camera and try to zoom in from 2 upward it stays fuzzy
But when I do it with other camera apps it's pretty clear
I have tried resetting the camera but it still not working what can i do

Ensure that the lenses & sensors are clean.
Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support, run the Diagnostics for the Sensors & the Camera, see if you get any error messages?

Hi Pitolas, just to confirm have you tried the Diagnostics test on Camera as suggested by the RedDogRabbit ?
Are you seeing any error message ?
