I think you and some other members should run this community and show Samsung and it's moderators/ambassadors how it should be done.

Well, it really does seem that recently, Samsung's Moderators are barely present on Samsung Members Canada, and when they are here, they seem to almost always parrot answers already given by other members. 

Perhaps Samsung Members Canada, should just merge with Samsung Members US...

I only see moderators replying to people that have purchased items, promoting items to customers and replying to people when they want and giving misinformation so what's the point?

I cannot belive that you are not already nominated as moderator. With all the time and ernergy you put here. We already asked it and Samsung did nothing. It shows the respect they have for us paying users. Waking up on a Saturday morning and seeing images of **bleep** and trolls comments annoys me. With all the time and energy you put in here, you should have been nominated a long time ago. It will certainly have an influence on my next purchase.
