Hello There,

       I have ordered a laptop on jan 21st. But still it's showing "Waiting for approval", even I have contacted support agents, they are asking to wait for 1 more day. After making payment, why still samsung is doing like this? Already payment on hold in my credit card, but not getting proper response from anyone. Kindly help with the same.

It might be a back order they have to ship it from their warehouse to a outlet so that it can get packaged and shipped to you I had a similar issue ordering a ssd from Samsung it resolves itself rest easy
