Galaxy ASince you have already done the first steps in trying to resolve the issue...
You could test the WiFi on your device using the Samsung Members app.
Click on Support & Diagnostics, run the Diagnostics for WiFi and see if you get any error messages?
You could also visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.

If that's the case, and you still can't turn on WiFi, visit a Samsung Service Centre.

However, even after performing the factory reset but the issue still persists, we recommend you to visit the Samsung authorized service center to get it examined by the service technician and get it fixed.
