Galaxy AHi
I run dual Sim and have set 2 different notification sound for Sim 1 and Sim 2.
But when Sim 2 received a SMS the sound played is from notification sound for Sim 1.
Anyone know how to fix that?
Thank you

Galaxy AHi serasan,
We understand how important it is to differentiate notifications for each SIM, especially when running dual SIMs on your Galaxy A56.
Please Reassign Notification Tones: Go to Messages app > Settings. Tap on Notifications > New messages. Select SIM 1, assign a tone. Then go back, select SIM 2, and assign a different tone. Make sure "Use custom sound" is enabled for each SIM if available. Restart the phone afterward.
Disable and Re-enable Dual SIM: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager. Disable SIM 2, then re-enable it after a few seconds. This can refresh the settings and may fix the misrouting.
Please try the above steps and let us know if they worked for you.
Thank you.

Galaxy ASolved!
The issue is caused by the app Google Messages (installed by default on Android 15 One UI 7.0).
Download and installed the app Samsung Messages (as default SMS app) solved the problem!
