Hi there, for the past 2 weeks the camera app is not functioning correctly everything works except for the shooting methods where you use voice control to take pictures. I've done everything from completely resetting the phone to factory settings clearing cache clearing data clearing memory Etc it still doesn't function. This model does not come with Bigsby voice so that it's not the issue. What I find strange is that my other friends with the same model are experiencing the exact same issue ask me. I reached out to Samsung text support online, buy phone call and through Samsung members reporting and none of their suggestions worked. Thoughts, suggestions, feedback, ideas?
Well...you may need to take your phone to Samsung service center to check for problem. Since you have: - Voice control enabled - Clearing cache and data - Reset phone to manufacturing
As you have performed Clearing cache and data, Reset your phone and it didn't fix the issue.
As @Tallman suggested, your device needs to be examined by the authorized technician.

Hi Kinsley, I ran all the checks several times both automatic and interactive Nothing shows as abnormal. What makes this harder is that I cannot be left without a phone for medical emergencies. Do you think its odd that others are experiencing the same issue?.

yeah mine too. Reached out and Samsung were useless. the techs had NO idea and just repeat what you already know I.e. where the app controls are and how to turn them off and on. FIX the **bleep** thing. You are on your own . Samsung won't help, but tell you how good they are. Did I say they were useless. Absolutely useless and unprofessional and lacking in product knowledge & tech support. Have z great day.
