Galaxy AYou mean the size of the app in terms of Meg, or the visual appearance?
Not sure exactly what you mean?

Galaxy AHi, we recommend you to try to clear Cache and data on the application, please follow the steps given below :
1. From Settings, swipe to and tap Apps. Select the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache (bottom right button).
2. From Settings, swipe to and tap Apps. Select the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, tap Clear data, and then tap OK.
This will completely wipe the app and reset it to the original settings.
After clearing the cache and data, restart your device and check if it resolves the issue.

Galaxy AAnd you think that Clearing the Cache & Data for the app, will magically, fix an as of yet, unclear question? Not too mention that I've never seen an app mysteriously increase in size by Clearing it's Cache & Data, the contrary is far more likely.
Oh dear...

Galaxy AYeah exactly, we don't know precisely what the question / issue is, which makes the suggestion by Samsung's Moderator even more ridiculous.

Galaxy Awhat do you mean by "the apps"?
On your home screen?
apps icon size?
If you want to make that change on your Samsung phone, just touch and hold an empty space on the home screen, and then tap on the home screen settings icon. You should see two selections Home Screen Grid and Apps Screen Grid.
Tapping on either one of those choices should bring up a number of choices to change the ratio of apps on your phone’s home and apps screen, which will also change the sizes of those apps. Depending on which phone you own, the home screen grid choices could be 4×5, 4×6, 5×5 and 5×6, while the app screen grid ratio choices are 4×4, 4×6, 5×5 and 5×6.
