This app was pre-installed on a previous update most likely a security update.  Is this a Samsung app? Why does it require telephone permission?

Any idea how this emoji uses the telephone permission? Sounds like a modification is pending according to Halston.

There's nothing in Halston's post that suggests any changes to permissions.

Why do I not see this Samsung app in the galaxy store? I see ar emoji editor but not ar emoji?
