I need help,l bought my phone (a21) last month but the camera not working all of a sudden what to do.

no major updates, I have called sumsung customer support and try everything they tell me to do but the camera is still not working. when l click on the camera app it is just black and it closes immediately

OK...Open Settings/Applications/Canera...Go in storage, clear cache and restart the device...

Tell me if it works...

I do it but it is not still working. it is saying that the camera is not responding

do the same thing BUT clear both Cache and Data..restart

if it doesn't work, you'll probably need to make a factory reset

Open Samsung Members app >> Get Help >> Interactive Checks >> Camera.
