Galaxy Aengga apa2 kok kalau engga pakai kartu garansi.. cukup bawa hape dan nota pmbelian sbagai acuan tanggal awal garansi dimulai
namun apabila nota pmbelian hilang, maka tanggal yg digunakan adalah tanggal pembuatan hape tsb melalui serial number.. jadi lbh rugi karena tanggalny maju lbh dari tnggal pembelian
jadi engga perlu mnggunakan kartu garansi tidak masalah kok 😄👍

Galaxy Auntuk klaim garansi cukup bawa Device yg bermasalah , Box H P , dan Note pembelian (penting)
tapi bila Nota pembelian hilang, biasanya pakai IMEI or Serial Number sih...untuk waktu mulai garansinya kurang tau jg saya kalau dari IMEI atau Serial Number
