Charging cord - where's the adapter?

My new phone has a cord with a plug at each end - what do I plug it into after inserting the one plug into the phone??

Samsung, in all their "wisdom", decided to copy Apple & not include the Charging Block. 

They said that "studies" revealed that most consumers use their Charging Blocks from their previous devices (such a dumb idea on their part), for "environmental reasons", which is utter nonesense! 

So you have to buy the CORRECT charging Block for your device... 🙄

I think you need to purchase the power adapter, like this one
