Galaxy A
I have a question, I recently tried to add a new contact beginning with Dr and it only saves it under the letter F which is the 1st letter of the last name of the doctor's name. I have a couple of other Dr's numbers listed and they saved under D but for some reason my phone is being stubborn and insists on saving it under F. Has anyone else had this issue? It's a Samsung A5
Thanks

Hi ronb11,
I would like to try resolve your i ssue.
Ok, when you input your Dotor's name, are you input like this→ Dr. Alan Fung (Example)?
If you expand the contact and beside the name, there is an arrow down button, click it and it expand.
if you put Dr. in Name prefix, Then, the contact list will ignore Dr. and will list under A.
So, in your senario, I think you need to expand your Dr's contact, expand the name, and remove Dr from name prefix and insert Dr in front of First name, then it will show under D contact list.

Galaxy AHow names are saved and stored depends upon whether you're saving them to your phone or to your SIM card.
