When I open an email on my A10 phone and try to click on a link,   the link will not open. Ever since 2nd last update this started. It works fine on my tablet.  So annoying.  What do I need to do to fix it?  I have sent emails to Samsung and no responses.

Hi, Are you having an issue with all emails that contain links?

Hi, Please try to perform clear app cache and app data. Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
From Settings, swipe to and tap Apps. Select the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
From Settings, swipe to and tap Apps. Select the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, tap Clear data and then tap OK. This will completely wipe the app and reset it to the original settings.
Please get back to us if you are still facing the same issue.

Can you check the following:

Open Samsung Internet browser → 3 bars on bottom right → Settings → Useful features → open links in other apps

Is it enable? Make sure it is enabled.

Test your email link again in your email app.

It is an A50 phone. Not A10 as previously mentioned. Sorry
