Error 0x07#-16 on Samsung Health

Hello,

About 3 weeks ago I wrote about this error on the Samsung Health app. I have a A70. I simply can't use it and it's frustrating.

Did anyone find a way to fix this?

Hi Trossoca,

I suggest you to verify the app updates in the Galaxy store and make sure that it is updated to the latest version.

Then perform the clear cache of the Samsung Health app and check if it works.

Go to Settings>>Apps>>Select the Samsung Health app>>Storage>>Clear cache.

App is up to date.

Cache been cleared.

In step 5, please select the "Application" category.
In step 6, Please check "send the system log data".

did all the recommended cache clearings...install and reinstall from both Galaxy Store and Play Store

I've been told to factory reset my cellphone... It is not done yet but I'll think about it

Did that. installs and works fine on my A50...just not this phone...so instead of excuses and inneffective advice...fix the app so it works!!!
