Not sure why you would want to disable / deactivate Find My Mobile anyway - It gives you the ability to control your device & Factory Reset to protect your privacy... Something I would have thought you (of all people) would want??

Interestingly enough - It appears that you are using a Screen Recording app from the Play Store - Which among other things - Likely has Full Network Access!

BUT - You should be able to go to Settings & Search for Find My Mobile & Toggle it OFF - Maybe it's different on your device than mine?

Please try to disable Remote Controls and also clear credentials in Lock screen and security.
Settings >> Biometrics and security/Lock screen and security >> Find My Mobile >> Remote Controls(Toggle off)

it seems clear that find my device is a built in app that Samsung uses for remote control. Since I posted it turned itself off. I barley used the phone.

This is a security issue which I will bring up again the next time it occurs as the 3 responses are inconsistent with someone attempting to resolve a known problem.
