Galaxy AUPDATE May 2023. Better late than never.
- Credit where it is due and Samsung is due some credit .... One of the updates to my phone fixed this issue and now my friends and colleagues no longer comment that I sound like a robot on Bluetooth in my Honda
Thank you Sammy
Got a new a53 and it works well but it has an issue with Bluetooth connection in my Honda accord 2013.
It is not a problem with my Honda has my previous LG phone worked absolutely perfectly with it.
My a53 connects to my car just fine and plays music perfectly and connects calls perfectly also but my own voice is garbled by distortion when I try to speak to anyone over the phone.
This is almost certainly a software issue with the a53 as there would be much more reports if it was a problem with Android.
And yes you can find other people on the internet who have this exact same issue with the a53.
JJust just fix it please.

Galaxy ASamsung team!!!!
Are you listening??
There is a problem with the Bluetooth implementation on the A53 platform that causes the audio quality to be distorted and sound robotic.
PLEASE FIX!!

Galaxy AI have a Galaxy A53. The other party cannot understand me when I use Bluetooth in my Nissan Murano. I have tried everything possible with the phone. I got a new replacement A53, same problem. I have researched everything on the Nissan end, no luck.
One thing that I thought was very interesting is, if I place the phone outside the car about 6 feet away, the sound is completely clear. This works consistently. Having tried it about 6 times. Obviously this is not a solution but I wondering if it leads down a path to one.
Normally when troubleshooting Bluetooth problems they recommend that the two connected devices be close to each other. This works the opposite. I have put it in the rear of the car. It is clearer but not quite as consistent.
Any thoughts? Anyone else tried this?

Galaxy AI just tried this and the call was clear. When i brought the phone back into the car while on the call it became robotic. Taking it back out the call cleared up. Maybe this leads to something or a temp solution

Galaxy AHave this problem from day one since August 2022. There's nothing Samsung is going to do about it. It took 4 different reps to try to solve this. They replaced the motherboard but didn't solve it. They determine you get a replacement phone based on their quality performance checks. If the phone passes the checks you're stuck with the phone regardless if you have the problem still occurring or AFTER work is done. The only way I could get the phone sent in was on the third representative who heard the whole thing while I was in the garage with my car running in Bluetooth mode on the phone. She said it was an awful sound. When the phone came back to me the problem was still there. The fourth rep.. Said it passed their quality checks. So I really believe it's a software issue ONE UI will not address because it's not across all their mobile devices. In short have 2 other phones S20+ and a Pixel7.... And none of them ever gave me any problems with my 2021 Honda Passport
