Navigate to Settings, and then search for and select Language and input. Tap On-screen keyboard and select Samsung Keyboard. Then tap Style and layout, and then tap Modes. Then select Standard Keyboard or Navigate to an app that uses the keyboard, and then open up the keyboard. Tap Expand toolbar (the three horizontal dots), and then tap Modes.

Galaxy Anot exactly sure but there was a reset option only warning that the language would not be changed
the other reset was much more global. IMO an interesting observation was in screenshots the keyboard did not appear
