How do I know if a message I receive is to a group? I received a message from someone, I replied, and then i received another text from someone else about the same topic. I was completely unaware that the original text to me was actually to a group. Is there a setting that would show the message as a group?

Think he wants to know if the message he received was sent directly to him or if he's in someone's address book & is just receiving the message as part of a group along with a bunch of other people

Hey @jbolt,
@Emperor is right, data needs to be on in order for your texts to be sent/received through MMS and not SMS. The group text functionality is unfortunately only available through MMS.
Hope this helps!
