Galaxy AWell try running your phone in Safe Mode for a while & see if you still get the message, or Factory Reset again, but don't restore anything, at least initially.

Galaxy AIf this same issue existed since android 10 and my phone has installed apps and updates without incident this is clearly an issue with high mobile usage notification function. But I have not heard back from the moderator. Is this a known problem?

Galaxy ADid anyone solve this issue? I am getting the same warning. Thought it would disappear when I entered the next billing cycle, but it is still (or again?) there...
