The messsge "high mobile data usage" appears even when no mobile data usage is being used. This occurred in Android 10 and continues in Android 11. Why ?

The warning occurred after a reset of my phone and existed since android 10.

Well try running your phone in Safe Mode for a while & see if you still get the message, or Factory Reset again, but don't restore anything, at least initially.

Why would I run in safe mode or factory default for a fault that existed since Andriod 10? Hope!

If this same issue existed since android 10 and my phone has installed apps and updates without incident this is clearly an issue with high mobile usage notification function. But I have not heard back from the moderator. Is this a known problem?

Did anyone solve this issue? I am getting the same warning. Thought it would disappear when I entered the next billing cycle, but it is still (or again?) there...
