Galaxy AThanks for the reply. I suggest you remove and reinsert your sim card and check if the issue got resolved. Did you contact the carrier regarding this issue. If yes, then please let us know their response.

Galaxy AHi Susie6y, Please let us know the model number of your Samsung device. Did you try removing the reinserting the sim card? A network problem could cause this issue. Hang up and dial again or move to another area and check if you can receive the calls.

Galaxy APOWER OFF your device
Remove and re insert your sim card
Power back on your device
If that doesn't help you need call your carrier as there may be something wrong on their end and /or you need another sim card.
If none of that helps you could backup with smartswitch to a computer and/or cloud it all then factory reset, Otherwise it's a hardware problem 🤦
