Q: why can I not record calls on an A20 galaxy?

Is it possible  to update the calling app to include recording  calls?

I recently had to switch over as I lost my previous call recordings and I need to get that data back.

Does anyone know about this ?

Yes I don't think so either because record call does not come up

Than where you are it's illegal to record conversations, I know samsung removed it for canada as well even though it's legal to record people

My only solution is to download an app from playstore

Hi, we would like to tell you that some countries does not allowed call recording option.

 Could you please let us know which country device you are using ?

Samsung doesn't support Call Recording in Canada. 

If you want to be able to record your calls, then you will have to use a 3rd party app. 

But you may have difficulty finding one no the Play Store in Canada. 

Google seems to support Samsung's decision, and not sure what call recording apps work now. 

The one that I have does, but not for new installs.

Makes no sense because my last phone had the option to audio record, Samsung A32. Bought in Canada,
Anyways now I can access my records which are imperative for case that I am building

Purchased in Canada, but what is the model number, and purchased new, or from Amazon, eBay etc, and a Canadian Carrier, or? 

Record Audio, is not the same as Call Recording.

All Samsung Pay sold in Canada can record audio, just not phone calls.
