Samsung A51 Freez and reboot issue after the update 27-06-2023

Hello

Facing an issue after the OS upgrade on the device samsung A515F

Version updated android 13 A515FXXU7HWF4

I have reset the device still getting the same issue, it was working perfectly fine before an upgrade

now i am not able to downgrade the version because the binary is changed in new update

need help in this

You realize that this is Samsung Members Canada? You have the International Variant. 

If you have already Factory Reset, try Booting into Safe Mode & See if the issue continues. If it does not, then it's likely to be a 3rd party app causing the issue. 

You could always visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.

in safe mode still facing the same issue

also i have reset the firmware from samsung service center, same issue on another 2 A51 device something is related to the OS
