Samsung app "messages " not making any sound when receiving a message

Do not get notified with any  sound when a message  is received

Check Settings > Notifications, Do you have any Notifications from Samsung Messages?

In Samsung Messages Settings, have you enabled Notifications, "Allow Sound & Vibration"?

Thanks for the reply. I think I got it working using "all" on the message screen after setting the sound on one message
