Samsung features that don't work

The following features do not work on the Samsung phone.

1. Emergency alerts with "Amber alerts" turned off, alerts still come through.

2. Setting a default browser other than the Samsung Internet browser will be over riden if you open the Samsung user manual. Resulting in Samsung internet browser opening the user manual

3." find my mobile" version 7.0.18.1 turns itself on without authorization. Samsung suggest removing the users Samsung accoount to prevent this access.

I am not complaining to anyone other than Samsung. There response was that I had correctly configured the phone. This means this feature on Samsung does not work and they placed it there without even acknowledging the fact it doesn't work.

If it does not work remove the function. If there is a problem then state there is a problem so Samsung users know what to expect.

@Habsfan - Samsung S10+ is still an the June Security Patch & no RCS with Samsung Messages.... but it's there on my S9+ with Rogers & Samsung Messages..
