Galaxy AI have just bought an unlocked Galaxy A51 to replace my old Galaxy Grand Prime. I have not decided whether to stay with my current provider (Telus) so don't have a nano sim yet. The Grand Prime uses a micro sim so no good with the A51. My problem is that I would like to set up the phone using my home wifi but I can't access anything until I install the new nano sim.
Is it possible to bypass the need for a sim and continue with the setup?

Galaxy AFollow-up to my phone set-up. Prior to reaching out to the Community for help I had emailed Samsung support for a solution to my problem. The day after you 'solved' the problem I heard back from Support that there is no way to by-pass the need for a sim to enter set-up. That amused me.
However - when I did install the new sim a few days later the installation managed to restore my phone to factory!!! Not so amused but at least I already learnt a lot about how it worked.
