Have A71. All of a sudden I havenno notification sound. Checked all sound settings and app settings, everything is the way it should be. Anybody else have this problem.
Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. Please make sure that Do Not Disturb is turned off. Follow the below steps: Open Settings >> Notifications >> Tap Do not disturb >> Toggle off if it is turned on.
I have checked that and it's not turned on. I downloaded a different messaging app and the same thing. No notifications. Tried to reset settings to factory-installed but still no notifications.
