Hello,

I just go my Samsung Galaxy A53 two weeks ago. I noticed that the screen doesn't rotate. I did go into settings and turned on "Rotate to Landscape". However, when I clicked on the top to turn on Auto-Rotate, it's not there. How can I rotate my screen?

Pull down your quick settings menu and check if auto rotate is turned on

Oh i think you mean it's not there. Pull down quick menu settings and click on the 3 dots upper right then click on edit buttons, find auto rotate, press and drag it to you menu

Hi, we would like to suggest you to please follow these steps:
if your phone screen does not rotate between Portrait mode and Landscape mode, it is probably because of the screen rotation settings.

You will need to check if the settings are correct.

Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick settings panel.

Check if Auto rotate is enabled.

This setting will make it so the screen automatically rotates whenever you turn your phone.

If Auto rotate is not enabled, this could be causing the issue.

Tap the Rotate icon until you have reached Auto rotate.

You can also lock the phone in a certain setting:

Landscape locks the screen in a sideways position.

Portrait locks the screen in an upwards position.

Reboot the phone.

If your screen is still not rotating, you can try restarting your phone or tablet.

Then, try to rotate your screen again.

Keep in mind that some apps and websites may not rotate even if Auto rotate is enabled.

Check the QS Tiles for the Icon in the box. Ensure that it is not Locked to Portrait.

If you don't see the Rotation Icon in your QS Tiles, click on the 3 Dot Menu Top Right to edit your QS Tiles & drag it down to the QS Tiles that are active.

Try this. Open setting, go to Home screen. Go down to the bottom and make sure "rotate to Landsape" is switched on.
