Unable to print on Epson 2850 from Galaxy A52 5G

Hi Everyone!

My wife and I just purchased an Epson 2850 printer. The installation went great but I can't use my Galaxy A52 5G phone to print. 

My wife could print right after installation on her iPad. Boooo! 

Can someone please tell me how I can get my A52 to print?

You have to download a app for Epson printers
I have Epson print and Epson print enabler and can print on Epson printer

Did you install Epson app on your phone?

Also, make sure your printer on the same network with your phone.

I DID INSTALL THE EPSON APp (don't know what to do with it) AND THE PRINTER IS ON THE SAME NETWORK AS MY PHONE ... AND MY WIFE'S IPAD IS ALSO ON THE SAME NETWORK, AND SHE CAN PRINT FROM IT.
HMMM ???

This isn't just your problem

I have a S10 & S22 phones and a TabS7+ all set up and previously working with an Epson printer and at the moment I can't get any of them to find my printer

I own an Epson ET-4550 printer. I downloaded and installed the Epson iprint app to my Galaxy Z Flip 4 and followed the instructions on how to configure my phone with the printer. The app is perfect to use especially if I am away from my personal computer.
