Why doesn't my phone auto restart everyday at the same time?

I had a Samsung Galaxy A10 before I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy A24. On my A10 I enabled a setting so my phone would restart everyday at 4AM. I transferred everything including settings from my old phone to my new one and even enabled the auto restart setting yet it doesn't auto restart while charging overnight most days. Why is this?

Samsung's Device Care removed the Scheduled Auto Restart, and replaced it with "Restart When Needed". 

That's why it no longer Restarts at 4am for you.
