Galaxy AYou can go to Settings/ Apps/ (your apps) /Android system Webview. Click on 3 dots at the top right and uninstall the updates. Restart
You can now open Google Play Store and then perform all updates.
If Android System Webview was disabled, you need to disable Chrome to make it work .. this also works
Now restart the device and perform all updates from Play Store.
Images may not be in order , sorry it's in french...

Than go in Play Store and make all updates
