Galaxy BooksI have two (2) of these laptops; one personal and one for work. My work laptop is connected to two 27" external Samsung displays via a Thunderbolt 4 dock from Anker. Throughout the day, both of the external displays randomly blank. Sometimes the displays come back quickly, other times it may take a minute or two, and other times, I need to power cycle the dock or reboot the laptop. EVERYTHING (Windows, drivers, firmware, firmware on the dock, etc.) is 100% updated.
I plan to try the display driver reset noted above. I also had Anker send me a second dock to eliminate that as the problem.
I tried my personal GalaxyBook Pro on the dock and displays for a couple hours the other day and did not experience these issues. I need to do more testing, but to me so far, this is looking like a hardware problem.

Galaxy BooksI am also having a very difficult time with the glitching of the screen but also with a bit of lag waiting for other programs to load. I have windows 11 installed but I had the same issues when windows 10 was installed too. I'm this close to returning this laptop for a different set up all together.

Galaxy BooksI've had this problem several times as well. When I close the laptop, the issue stops, but it's bothersome. It's really unfortunate because I love this laptop and would like to keep it if not for this problem.

Galaxy BooksHello everyone. I had both issues: distorted screen and screen flickers/ goes black. I managed to find a solution.
After looking through dell and Lenovo's forums, I figured that the cause of error were intel graphics driver updates and not from samsung's side.
I did factory reset and I DID NOT UPDATE the intel driver. My laptop has not distorted and the screen has not flickered since. I am running on intel iris xe update 27.20.100.9415.
In addition, I have panel self refresh enabled and it does not cause any issue. It only has been 2 days but it was occurring every 30min - 1h. You guys should try it too.

Galaxy BooksHi there...How do you get the Intel Iris XE update from not further updating?
