Galaxy GalleryDid you put it new or used?
The S7 series is easily Rooted - But you can Flash the Stock Unrooted Samsung Firmware with Odin & that will Unroot your device & you will be able to use your Banking apps again.
Or you could use Magisk Hide - Should you want to continue using your device with Root.

Galaxy Gallery- I tried this method, apparently I had the same problem as Mmadimma. I downloaded a bank app and it said my device is jailbroken or rooted. I checked back my device status, and it said "official" but I still cannot access to the bank app. I need help.

Galaxy GalleryIf you have a Snapdragon variant, with a Locked Bootloader, you can NOT Root the device (traditional methods).
There's no "code" that is used to Root (Jailbreak is normally used for iPhones, not Android).
Rooting is done by Flashing a Custom Boot Image, or Flashing Magisk (Superuser).
What device do you have?
BUT the last Canadian Galaxy model that could easily be Rooted was the Galaxy S7.
There's a Dev on XDA, elliwigy, who has been able to successfully unlock the Bootloader on some later devices, but it's not free.

Galaxy GalleryIF you want to UnRoot your device - You can Download the Stock Samsung Firmware using this app - Frija (download link for Frija below - Download to your computer & extract & install - Open Frija & enter your device information etc)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/176hqo2yKrYJyK5eo_10zWrzn2Or2cOOh/view?usp=drivesdk
Flash the Stock Samsung Firmware with Odin - Link below.

Once you have Flashed the Stock UnRooted firmware you will be able to use your Banking apps again.
Or depending on which Superuser app is installed - SuperSU or Magisk you have additional options... Up to you.
FYI the term "jail break" normally refers to Apple devices - Not Android devices.
BTW - You probably should have posted this in the General Community & not in Samsung Members Gallery.
