Can someone please suggest how to unlock my samsung galaxy j7 max phone. Hard reset not possible.
It's not recognising the correct pin and even after entering the pin multiple times, it just states, wrong pin and doesn't give the option of forgot pin or even the notifications to try after few seconds.
Can someone please suggest, it's my mothers phone.
