I've got this problem for a while now. I record 60 fps videos but they are not smooth as they should be. they look like 30 fps videos. I thought the problem is because of camera storage location which was on SD card. so I changed that but no result. still the same. The videos look good while in preview (before u actually play the video in the gallery) but when u open the video, its not as smooth as it should be. Any idea??

hello. are you playing them on your phone? if so try a different app. if it's on your computer, maybe the PC is having a hard time olaying the video.

are you saving them to the device, or sd card? if it's the sd card, try saving to your device. if you get good results, then try another type of card and see if your results are better

yes I'm saving them on SD. As I mentioned in the post I tried already to move the camera storage location to device but no results.

sorry, missed that part. You can try going into settings, apps, camera, and clear cached data. or boot the phone into recover mode by turning it off then press power, vol up, and BIxby button , clear the system cache, and see if that works. otherwise,i would suggest backing up your data and doing a factory reset

Thanks @Riles and @carr0498 for your answers. Hey @sami26, please try the following and send us feedback after?
1. Play on PC to check if the error is caused by the file or player
2. Clear system cache and retry playing the video
Thanks!

I shoot 60 FPS clips but I can see that the clips are not in 60 FPS and frames drop like its a 30 or lower fps. even in playback in gallery.
