Galaxy Note
I've got this problem for a while now. I record 60 fps videos but they are not smooth as they should be. they look like 30 fps videos. I thought the problem is because of camera storage location which was on SD card. so I changed that but no result. still the same. The videos look good while in preview (before u actually play the video in the gallery) but when u open the video, its not as smooth as it should be. Any idea??

hey guys. tnx so much for helping. az @Riles suggested I did clear the system cache and it worked. but the point is that the problem comes up again in less then 3-4 days after clearing system cache. is this always going to be with my phone??

I heard about this issue with someone else. unfortunately the way this forum is setup threads get lost or buried so a search would produce the same case I read about some time ago.
bottom line there were two solutions that worked.
1. change the quality of your sdcard to extreme or ultra high speed write/ read
2. hard factory reset

I recently updated to oreo. it seems the problem is gone as of now. if it appeared again I'll try these 2 ways. tnx
