Auto reject

My phone automatically rejects calls from private numbers. I keep missing a very important call. I need to answer this private number. How can I fix this?

Did you enable this feature in the Call Settings ?

open Phone→ 3 dots on top right →Settings→Block numbers

Disable block unknown callers

You can find the Auto reject option by following the below path.

Open the Phone application > 3 dot menu > Settings > Call > Call rejection > Auto reject mode (Toggle off)

Hi LeesaMarie, Thanks for sharing the screenshots. If I am not wrong the pictures you have shared are showing the "Other call settings" and "Answering and Ending calls". The "Block numbers" option should be there at the top when you press Settings in the 3 dot menu. Please check and if you can't find it, then post a screenshot and let us know the model number and android version of your mobile device.
